Bio
The longtime club professional at Garden City Golf Club on Long Island will make his U.S. Senior Open debut after posting 3-under 67 to garner one of the available five spots at the New Haven Country Club final qualifier. He also posted a 73 at his local qualifier at Glen Head Country Club. Rittberger won the 2010 Metropolitan Open in a three-hole playoff at Bethpage State Park's Black Course. In 2025, he tied for second in the Met PGA Senior Championship.
