2024 Championship | Scottsdale, Ariz., residents Brian Blanchard, 31, and Sam Engel, 29, held off Teenessee teenagers Blades Brown and Jackson Herrington, 1 up, in the 18-hole final at Philadelphia Cricket Club in Flourtown, Pa. Both Blanchard and Engel, a left-hander, work in the software industry. Did You Know? | Future multiple major women's champion Inbee Park had her first major victory at Echo Lake at the age of 14 when she claimed the 2002 U.S. Girls' Junior. She would play in two more Girls' Junior finals, in 2003 and 2005. She would later win the 2008 and 2013 U.S. Women's Opens. |
