Labritz survived a 5-for-2 playoff at The Bear's Club, in Jupiter, Fla., on June 3 to earn his fourth U.S. Senior Open start. He posted a 1-under 71 to get into the playoff. On May 7, he advanced out of local qualifying in Vero Beach, Fla., at Indian River C.C. by shooting a 69. Labritz tied for fourth in consecutive U,S. Senior Opens in 2022 and 2023. He owns nine professional victories, including the New York State Open in 2008 and 2011, and the New York State PGA Championship in 2006. For many years, Labritz served as the head professional at GlenArbor Golf Club in Bedford Hills, N.Y.
