The Texas Christian University alum carded a 69 at Golfcrest Country Club, in Pearland, Texas, to earn his second U.S. Senior Open start. Henry carded a final-round 69 last year at The Broadmoor to finish T-26 in his first U.S. Senior Open start. Henry, who turned professional in 1998, owns five professional titles, including three on the PGA Tour. He claimed the Reno-Tahoe Open (now Barracuda Championship) in 2012 and 2015. His maiden title came in the 2006 Buick Championship. He also won the 2000 Buy.com Knoxville Open. In 2006, Henry founded the Henry House Foundation, a non-profit organization with a mission to generate public awareness and to support community-based programs that focus on the healthcare and well-being of children in the community. The foundation makes donations to fund specific, tangible projects initiated by children's medical and support services and organizations in Fort Worth and Southern New England. He grew up in Connecticut before attending college in Fort Worth, Texas and eventually moving to the Lone Star State. He is a three-time Connecticut Amateur champion.
