Bio
The Virginia Tech graduate navigated both stages of qualifying to earn his first U.S. Senior Open start. He shot a 67 at Cartersville (Ga.) Country Club on April 27 and then a 70 at Golfcrest Country Club, in Pearland, Texas, on June 1. He survived a 3-for-2 playoff for the last spots. Rollins, who turned professional in 1997, posted three PGA Tour victories: the 2002 Bell Canadian Open, 2006 B.C. Open and the 2009 Legends Reno-Tahoe Open. He also claimed the 2001 Buy.com Hershey Open.
