Pride is set to make his sixth consecutive start in the U.S. Senior Open. The Alabama native owns one victory on the PGA Tour, the 1994 Federal Express St. Jude Classic. He also produced on victory on what is now the Korn Ferry Tour: the 2015 WinCo Foods Portland Open. His second victory on PGA Tour Champions came on June 28 when he edged two-time U.S. Senior Open champion Padraig Harrington in a playoff at the Dick's Sporting Goods Open. His other win on the circuit came at the 2021 Mitsubishi Electric Classic. Pride played collegiately at the University of Alabama, where he was an All-Southeastern Conference performer his junior and senior seasons.
