Lardon qualified for his fourth U.S. Senior Open, but first since 2019. He grabbed the fourth and final spot from the Country Club of Colorado qualifier on June 3. He currently serves as the director of golf at The Club at Las Campanas in New Mexico. He has competed in six Senior PGA Championships and three PGA Championships. He has won three Sun Country PGA Section Championships and four Sun Country Senior PGA Championships. He's also won the New Mexico Senior Open on four occasions. He is a six-time Sun Country Senior PGA Player of the Year. Lardon secured the winning point for the U.S. in the 2011 PGA Cup. He competed in 104 PGA Tour events and 14 major championships. Lardon played his collegiate golf at Rice University. He also is a competitive table tennis player and has qualified for two U.S. Opens in that sport.
