Stasi, Woodard Tandem Back for Another Run at U.S. Women’s Am Four-Ball Title
Each year, the USGA witnesses plenty of newbie competitors who finally break through to qualify for a national championship. But at the U.S. Women’s Amateur Four-Ball, there has been on mainstay since the competition’s inception in 2015: Meghan Stasi and Dawn Woodard. This dynamic duo has managed to qualify for all eight iterations of this team event.
The Floridian (Stasi) and South Carolinian (Woodard) would like to take the final step and win a title, something Stasi has tasted four times in the U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur. If they can accomplish the task at The Home Course, they would be the first mid-amateurs to claim this championship dominated by high school and college players.
