Bio

The native of Oklahoma and current Texas resident will make his second U.S. Senior Open start. Ridings tied for 32nd in his debut a year ago at The Broadmoor. Ridings' father was a club professional in Oklahoma and got him started in the game. He then played collegiately at the University of Arkansas before embarking on a professional playing career in 1997 after obtaining his marketing degree. Both of Ridings' pro victories have come on the Korn Ferry Tour, the 2002 Permian Basin Open and the 2021 TPC Colorado Championship. He has qualified for a pair of U.S. Opens (2000 and 2006), missing the cut in each occasion. Although he never won a PGA Tour event, he did finish second at the Las Vegas stop in 2004.
